Great news: Vrinda Varma our Fulbright-Nehru Scholar from India, was selected to participate at the Schlesinger Library Seminar at Radcliffe, titled Reading Historic Cookbooks: A Structured Approach 2016.
This week long event was led by honorary curator at the Schlesinger, Barbara Wheaton. The seminar was well attended by participants from around the globe. Wheaton is a renowned food historian, much noted for her Cook's Oracle: a database on recipes and cookbooks across Europe and America.
